Project: An international 3D IMAX film (and educational materials) that profiles the tough, heroic work of military teams called to respond to the humanitarian crisis following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.

Services: Project Definition and Development; Contract Development and Management; Supplier Management; Project Execution and Control; Launch and Evaluation.The Challenge: Negotiating licensing agreement with the production company and drafting contract documentation to meet new PWGSC guidelines for government co-productions.

The Outcome: The film has been released in IMAX theatres around the world, and received enthusiastic reviews by Canadian and US media.

Project: Informational video that provides an overview of DND’s Return to Work (RTW) program and promotes its features and benefits.

The Challenge: Confronting the audience’s misconceptions about the RTW program by taping interviews with managers and employees who had positive experiences that address negatives perceptions of the program.

The Outcome: The video has been successful in supporting the department’s outreach efforts to promote and increase participation in the RTW program.

Project: An informational video that captures the events and activities involved in Exercise Tropical Hammer in Jamaica.

The Challenge: Completing project definition and analysis, supplier selection, and organizing a four-day shoot in Jamaica in a three week timeframe.
